    About the Position: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our multidisciplinary pain management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. This role emphasizes technical proficiency, independent decision-making, and teamwork to address acute and chronic pain issues for our diverse patient population.

    Postgraduate (HPM University) Duties & Responsibilities:

    Patient Assessment and Pain Management

    • Independently assess, diagnose, and design evidence-based pain management treatment plans.

    • Perform advanced interventional pain management procedures including but not limited to:

    o Epidural steroid injections

    o Nerve blocks

    o Joint injections

    o Radiofrequency ablations

    o Trigger point injections

    • Manage elective and urgent pain consultations with a focus on patient-centered care.

    Technical Proficiency

    • Execute advanced regional anesthesia and interventional techniques using fluoroscopy and ultrasound.

    • Maintain proficiency with diagnostic and interventional tools for complex pain cases.

    Team Collaboration and Leadership

    • Foster cohesive team dynamics within a multidisciplinary practice.

    • Mentor and train any and all HPM providers enhance clinical performance.

    • Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.

    Administrative and Compliance Duties

    • Document all procedures, consultations, and follow-ups accurately and promptly in the EMR system per the documentation policy requirements.

    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards, including but not limited to Medicare/Medicaid requirements.

    Practice Growth and Development

    • Actively contribute to business growth by building strong relationships with referring physicians and promoting clinic services.

    • Participate in clinical leadership meetings, educational sessions, and social events to maintain engagement.

    Performance Requirements:

    Clinical and Operational Efficiency

    • Case Volume: Per company target / goals for patient consultations or procedures weekly.

    • Timely Documentation: Maintain 95% compliance with completing procedure notes within 24-48 hours.

    • Appointment Utilization Rate: Achieve at least 90% appointment block utilization.

    Patient Satisfaction

    • Maintain: Per company target / goals or higher positive feedback on patient satisfaction surveys.

    • Ensure routine appointments are scheduled within 14 days and urgent referrals within 24-48 hours.

    Compliance and Safety

    • Zero compliance violations with Medicare/Medicaid and state-specific standards.

    • Maintain less than a 1% complication rate for procedures. Practice Growth and Financial Metrics

    • Achieve 90% or higher patient retention rate for follow-ups and additional procedures.

    • Convert at least 85% of referrals into active patients.

    Requirements:

    Minimum one year of experience as a CRNA – required. Independent practice and regional experience – preferred.
