** Practice Setting**
- Adult-only patient population
- Support from 1 MD, 2 NPs, CDE, and a full clinical staff

- IR handles procedures – no biopsies required
** Schedule**
- Monday to Friday, 8a–5p

Minimum commitment of 2 weeks per month or 2–3 days per week
- 10 days of call per month
- On-call clinic days end at 3pm
** Requirements**
- Board Certified in Endocrinology
- West Virginia medical license
- Active BLS and DEA required
- Open to IMLC physicians
