Qualifications

Join our rapidly expanding, nationally recognized cancer institute as we seek to hire an experienced, full time medical oncologist specializing in breast medical oncology to join our team. Seeking research and mission minded physicians as every discovery we make and every new treatment we create, gives people the chance to live longer, better, and more fully.

  • Full-time hours working with a renowned and dynamic medical oncology group in an integrated, multidisciplinary department

  • Primary clinical responsibility in the care of breast cancer patients, with potential for protected research/academic time in a highly translational research environment with extensive clinical trial infrastructure

  • Teaching responsibilities, training both fellows specializing in the broader area of medical oncology as well as fellows training for a career specifically in breast oncology

  • Excellent salary, potential for incentive compensation, & benefits including a generous retirement package.

  • Must be Board Certified

  • The selected candidate must have or be eligible to obtain a California medical license

Salary Range: $300K - $500K- The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual compensation will be adjusted for experience, training, hospital/community need and other factors.

*The ideal candidate will be an experienced, board-certified medical oncologist exhibiting a commitment to clinical excellence and innovation, and have a strong track record in research. Must participate in clinical or basic science research relevant to Breast Oncology and demonstrate a commitment to research as shown by submission and presentation of abstracts in residency and published manuscripts. Academic rank will be commensurate with experience.
