Clinic and Call in Kingman, AZ

• Schedule: Clinic and beeper call coverage- 2 weeks per month
• Willing to accept two providers at one week per month
• Dates of need:
• 6/16-6/27 and
• July 7/21-8/1
• 2 weeks per month August-December
• Required procedures/cases: Bread and Butter OBGYN- c-sections are 25% of cases
• Required certifications: ACLS, BC or BE within 5 years
• Hospital Information: Level IV Trauma, 325 beds, no NICU, in-house anesthesia, all high risk sent out
• EMR: Meditech
