On behalf of Capital Health, a leading healthcare provider in New Jersey, we are currently seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join their team as the Medical Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health. This role is based in New Jersey and offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation and enhance the quality of behavioral health care across their network. With two hospitals and a comprehensive network of outpatient facilities, Capital Health offers a wide range of specialties, including nationally recognized programs in behavioral health, neurology, and cardiovascular care.
The Opportunity:
· Leading the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in behavioral health. Overseeing clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care
· 60% Clinical (outpatient only), 40% Administrative
· Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to advance mental health treatment and research
· Serving as a key liaison between Capital Health and the broader medical community
· Opportunity to lead an experienced group of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, NP’s and LCSW’s
· Lead efforts to create a strategic vision for a world-class integrated Behavioral Health program that improves access, grows market share, and reduces outward migration.
· Must be an MD/DO and Board Certified and Residency Trained in Psychiatry.
