Clinical and Teaching Physician Faculty - Deforest-Windsor Clinic

Job Summary:

The Department of Family Medicine and Community Health is interested in a Family Medicine physician to join the UW Health Deforest-Windsor Clinic. This physician faculty will provide the full spectrum of family medicine skills and patient care, with maternity care (OB) and newborn rounding desired but not required. This position will be involved in clinical teaching of medical students and other learners. This position may involve academic scholarly work.

Qualifications:

Successful completion of a fully accredited Family Medicine Residency Program.
Wisconsin medical licensure required prior to start date.
Certification by or eligible for certification by American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP).
