Outpatient Geriatric Primary Care in Orlando area

CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Orlando, Florida is growing and looking for Primary Care Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants in our offices in Englewood Park, Longwood, and Sand Lake Corners (Orlando). These positions require the ability to conduct patient visits in Spanish.

About the role:

• Monday-Friday, 8-5 Hours in an Outpatient Setting
• See 12-15 patients per day under a value-based care model
• Team-based model with daily huddles
• Full support staff including care coaches, MAs
• eCW EMR system

Benefits:

• Base salary plus 20% quality incentive pay, for total earnings up to $150,000
• Sign-on bonus

Requirements:

• Florida Licensure and Certification
• 2 years experience with geriatrics as a Nurse Practitioner
