Compensation Details
$235-350k
The estimated compensation, which is influenced by rank and experience, does not reflect the additional income that can be earned through the UF COM Compensation Plan. University employer-paid benefits include individual and family health insurance, life insurance, and long-term disability insurance. Retirement benefits include participation in 403(b) and 457 plans. Professional liability protection and sovereign immunity are administered by the Florida Board of Governors self-insurance program.
