At SSM Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services, and SSM-Dean Medical Group in Madison, WI is seeking an experienced NP to join our amazing team at our West Madison Clinic location.

We are a large multi-specialty clinic with primary care & urgent care along as well as onsite pharmacy, imaging, and lab. Providers partner with our St. Mary's Hospitalist team for inpatient needs. Our organization has superior quality ratings, and we are known throughout WI as a high performer in clinical quality. The clinic is located in a convenient location with close proximity to Middleton, Waunakee, Verona, Fitchburg, and downtown Madison.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Recent Primary Care NP experience required
• Current NP licensure in appropriate state
