• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• Mix of adult (90%) and pediatric (10%) cases
• 2 - 5 surgical cases per day
• General adult anesthesia, peds, spinal, epidural, regional, OB, neuro head & spine, blocks, & more
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
