Practice Setting

  • Critical Access Hospital serving Harney County and surrounding communities in Oregon
  • Modern equipment and technology

** Schedule**

  • Two-week on, two-week off schedule with flexible options available

    • 24-hour call during on-duty weeks; minimal post-working hours
  • Clinic hours are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 9 am-5 pm
  • Surgery days are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6am start, with an average of 6-8 procedures per day

** Cases and Procedures**

  • Hernia repairs, appendectomies, cholecystectomies, colon surgeries, scoping (large volume)

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $525,000
  • Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and retirement options including a state pension plan.
