Role and Responsibilities: * Support the facility medical director in overseeing the clinical operations of the emergency department * Collaborate with hospital administration to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care * Mentor and support emergency department staff * Participate in quality improvement initiatives * Assist in scheduling and other administrative duties as needed
