$650K+ & $100K Sign-On: Cardiac Anesthesiologist Opportunity

Opportunity:

Join a prestigious, high-volume inpatient heart center with 30 operating rooms, providing critical anesthesia care for complex cardiac and vascular procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert anesthesia care for patients undergoing cardiac surgeries (CABG, valve replacements, etc.).
• Perform pre-operative evaluations and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of anesthesia protocols.
• Perform general and regional anesthesia for various surgical procedures (endoscopic, orthopedic, pediatric, cosmetic, general).

Work Environment:

• High-volume inpatient heart center.
• 30 operating rooms.
• No OB or trauma cases.
• Average 6-8 cardiac cases per day.
• No CRNA supervision required.
• Patient demographic: primarily adult and geriatric, some pediatric.

Schedule and Call:

• Variable shifts: 8, 10, and 12-hour options.
• Call rotation: 1:5, first call every eighth night (no second call).

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to compassionate patient care.
• Open to H-1B visa candidates (no J-1 waivers).
• Not accepting Locum candidates.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: $650,000 per year (starting range, with potential for bonuses and incentives).
• $100,000 Sign-on Bonus.
• Relocation Allowance: Reimbursement-based, amount varies by distance.
