    Position Summary

    As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will play a vital role in managing the clinical care of patients in various outpatient settings within our Division. You will work closely with a team of oncologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Patient Care: Provide comprehensive clinical management for patients with hematological malignancies and disorders.
    • Coordination: Ensure a coordinated, effective, and efficient care process, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
    • Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement projects to enhance the patient experience and optimize care delivery.
    • Education: Provide education to colleagues, staff, and students as needed.

    Available Positions

    • Inpatient APP: Responsible for daily rounds, note writing, care coordination, and performing procedures.
    • Outpatient Genitourinary (GU) APP: Focus on managing patients with genitourinary cancers, including prostate, renal cell carcinoma, bladder, testicular, and penile cancers.
    • Outpatient APP with Focus in Gastrointestinal (GI) Oncology: Join a growing team providing specialized care for patients with gastrointestinal cancers.

    Qualifications

    • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
    • Current Oregon nursing license or physician assistant license
    • Board certification in Oncology or Hematology
    • Strong clinical skills and experience in oncology
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment

    Compensation Details

    $116-174k
