Join our team! Lahey Hospital and Medical Center (part of Beth Israel Lahey Health) is seeking a General Ophthalmologist to join our dynamic Division of Ophthalmology.

About Lahey:

• Physician-led, multi-disciplinary group practice of 600+ doctors.
• 317-bed tertiary care facility with outpatient clinics and a Level I trauma center in Burlington, MA.
• Multiple locations in the northern and western suburbs of Boston (Burlington, Peabody, Arlington, Lynnfield).
• Excellent school systems, abundant cultural activities, and convenient access to mountains and seacoast.
• Fully integrated EPIC EHR platform.

About the Role:

• Join a dynamic ophthalmology service with 16 ophthalmologists and 8 optometrists.
• Provide comprehensive ophthalmologic care.
• Participate in resident teaching (Tufts Medical Center residency program).
• Collaborate with colleagues on clinical, academic, and administrative projects.
• Research interests welcomed and supported.
• Opportunity for academic appointments at Tufts University School of Medicine.
• Potential involvement in international teaching and service (Egypt, Turkey, El Salvador).

State-of-the-Art Facilities & Equipment:

• Four modern and fully equipped offices.
• State-of-the-art surgical facility in Peabody.
• LenSx, Centurion phacoemulsification machines, Zeiss Lumera microscopes, ORA system, ECP, MicroPulse laser unit.
• Argon, SLT, Nd:YAG lasers, OCTs, Optos, Visual fields, ERGs.
• Anterior segment OCT imaging and dry eye management/treatment technologies (LipiScan, LipiView, IPL).
