Family Nurse Practitioner in Madison - Fast Credentialing

Join our experienced team for a Family Nurse Practitioner (or PA) assignment in the Madison area!

## Schedule:

• Start ASAP:

  • Option to extend to full-time if desired

• Clinic open 8 am - 4:30 pm

  • Hours will vary by day of the week

• No Call

## Medical Home Model:

• Outpatient, ages 2 and up
• Manageable 10-15 patients per day
• Site also has lab, behavioral health and physical therapy

## Cases:

• Primary care, well care, acute and chronic care, and well women exams

## Qualifications:

• Board-certified
• Active WI license
• Current BLS, DEA
• Min. 24 months experience

## FAST Credentialing:

• 7 days or less!
