The University of Virginia’s Division of Adolescent Medicine is seeking a full-time faculty member at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank. Salary, rank, and tenure status will be based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

As a faculty member, you will:

• Provide patient care in settings such as:
  • Teen & Young Adult Center
  • Transgender Health Clinic
  • Eating Disorders Clinic
  • Adolescent Medicine Consult Service
• Mentor trainees and contribute to education
• Participate in call and weekend/holiday coverage (shared with the team)
• Engage in research, advocacy, and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board-certified/board-eligible in General Pediatrics
• Fellowship or experience in Adolescent Medicine preferred but not required
