POSITION SUMMARY

Southwest Desert Radiology is currently seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Radiologists to join our growing daytime remote coverage team. This is a unique position for a radiologist seeking the autonomy and case-mix of a general private practice, while enjoying the benefits of reading at home. We have various schedules available, including traditional full-time (with 12 weeks vacation year 1), 7on/7off, and 7on/14off models. SDR is an independent, physician-run group that prioritizes quality patient care, with top-level compensation and focus on work-life balance. We look forward to speaking with you!

POSITION DUTIES AND BENEFITS

• Comfortable reading general radiology studies including CT, US, MR, and x-ray
• Various schedule options available including traditional full-time, 7on/7off, and 7on/14off models
• Remote mammography is not required but is available if desired
• Benefits package including health and malpractice insurance (including tail coverage) and retirement contribution
• Both 1099 and W2 positions available

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• BC/BE by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
• Current AZ licensure or ability to obtain AZ license
• Fellowship training is welcomed but not required
• Current fellows and residents are encouraged to apply
