Tulane Lakeside Hospital is an award-winning facility receiving several distinctions for being a Top Teaching Hospital by The Leapfrog Group. This facility is also a Designated Birthing Facility by the Gift, and a CAP laboratory accredited hospital. The hospital has been providing treatment to over 300,000 patients and it has been serving the residents of this area for over 50 years.
