You will enjoy a robust practice with the full spectrum of cases for both children and adults. The current positions are located in Burlington and Mount Pleasant Wisconsin, and Oak Lawn, Illinois. These communities will offer exceptional cultural activities, excellent dining, shopping and sporting events.

Overview of the opportunities:

Burlington: Primary location will be at our beautiful ambulatory day surgery center, Aurora Southern Lakes located in Burlington

• The Southern Lakes facility is just a few years old and has 5 ORs and 5 procedure rooms, diagnostic services on-site
• Hospital and clinic locations include Burlington and Elkhorn
• Excellent staff, audiology is on-site
• With many lakes for swimming, quiet rivers for paddling and a charming downtown area. Burlington offers a small-town atmosphere with big-city advantages. The community is located only a half hour from Milwaukee and less than 90 minutes from Chicago and Madison.

Mount Pleasant: Practice at our clinic and new hospital in this growing community.

• The Aurora Medical Center Mount Pleasant is a 60-bed hospital less than 2 years old that will ensure excellent care for your patients; you will also treat patients at our nearby outpatient surgery center
• This is a robust established practice of a departing physician
• You will see approximately 80% adults with about 20% pediatrics; you may also do some inpatient consults (minimal)
• Patient mix will be approximately 80% adults, 20% pediatrics
• Mount Pleasant is one of the fastest-growing communities in Wisconsin. Stretching from Lake Michigan to Interstate 94, our location provides easy access to metropolitan Milwaukee and Chicago, including Mitchell International Airport, just minutes to the north.

Downers Grove, Illinois: Primary sites will be the Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove and our ASC in Aurora.

• In this full-time position you will see patients in clinic and perform the full spectrum of general ENT and related procedures at the hospital and ASC
• The Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital is a 285-bed Level I trauma center, winning numerous awards for nursing excellence and quality
• Modern facility has 3 exam rooms; procedure room, audiology support/audio booth
• Excellent staff includes APC, CMAs, RN plus triage RN support for the group
• Lab on -site as well as high-end imaging
• Schedule will be 4+ days which includes clinic block time, as well as surgical block time; occasional Saturday morning as patient demand warrants
• You will enjoy a robust practice, current physicians are booking out 2 months due to high patient demand
• Collaborative, engaged partners with a built-in referral base from both primary care and specialists
