Practice Setting
- Outpatient setting with an adults patient panel
- Average volume of 15-20 patients per day

RNs are onsite 24/7 for support, with an onsite and remote Medical Director available for consultations
- Charting: Epic, OHM
- Fast credentialing process
** Cases and Procedures**

Occupational health services (medical surveillance, work-related injury care, case/leave management, BAT testing, acute episodic care), and some light primary care
- Procedures include laceration repairs
** Schedule**
- Days needed are December 2, 2024 - March 3, 2025

Monday - Friday, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
- No call requirements
** Requirements**
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Occupational Medicine or Family Medicine
- BLS and DEA certifications required; DOT preferred
