Your Role & Impact:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations & provide medication management
- Lead and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners & PAs)
- Participate in treatment team meetings & contribute expertise in psychopathology and psychopharmacology
- Provide on-call emergency support (with additional compensation)
- Develop individualized care plans that are age-appropriate & culturally responsive
- Ensure quality clinical documentation & patient communication
- Engage in community outreach & professional education
What You Need to Succeed:
- M.D. or D.O. from a four-year medical school with a completed three-year Psychiatry residency
- Unlimited license to practice medicine in Indiana
- Board Certification preferred (Board Eligible required)
- Experience preferred but new grads are welcome!
