You’ll be the driving force behind a program known for providing state-of-the-art care to patients with a range of psychiatric disorders.

As the Medical Director, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team that includes attending psychiatrists, residents, medical students, psychiatric nurses, social workers, and recreational therapists. Your leadership will ensure that each patient receives compassionate, top-tier care while fostering an environment where residents and students thrive academically and clinically.

This unit has earned a reputation for excellence in education, with its attending psychiatrists frequently honored for their teaching contributions.

Your responsibilities will span clinical care, teaching, and administrative leadership. You’ll provide direct patient care, supervise and mentor psychiatry residents and medical students, and coordinate 24/7 administrative coverage for the unit. At the same time, you’ll ensure that safety, quality, and regulatory standards are not only met but continually improved.
