The practice:
- Join established group of 10 Primary Care providers and Mid-Level providers
- Work life balance with minimal phone call, reasonable patient volume and APP support
- Excellent support staff and supportive hospital administration
- Optional 4-day work week, traditional and outpatient practice models
- Academically affiliated with option to teach medical students
