Work Volume:
- The average volume is approximately 325,000 reads annually; work volume allows for a work-life balance
Compensation:
- The compensation structure includes work RVUs in the top 10%.
- There is a base work RVU plus an incentive component. Additional incentives are offered for onsite work.
