    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our dynamic team in an outpatient setting. This position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with the option to work 4 10-hour shifts, allowing for a balanced work-life experience while providing critical psychiatric care. This role can also turn into a hybrid role after 90 days. The EHR we use is called Galaxy EHR, this charting system was created by us and is meant to facilitate the charting process. It should take 1-2 minutes to chart a note.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
    • Provide direct patient care, including medication management and therapy.
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.
    • Supervise 2 NP/PAs in the clinic.
    • 15-20 patients per day.

    Requirements:

    • Board-certified Psychiatrist with valid licensure.
    • Ability to work a M-F schedule.
    • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
