Practice Setting
- Join a well-established primary care team providing comprehensive healthcare to patients of all ages
- Work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment that integrates behavioral health and medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
- Fully equipped clinic with ample exam rooms and office space
- Serve a patient population including Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, and private pay
** Schedule**

Monday–Friday schedule with flexible start times: 7 AM–3 PM, 8 AM–4 PM, 9 AM–5 PM, or 10 AM–6 PM
- Call rotation of 1:5 weeks, conducted remotely via phone or Zoom—no in-office visits or hospital admissions
- Dedicated time for patient education, preventative care, and comprehensive assessments

Work closely with a well-trained support staff to streamline patient care and optimize workflow
