Better Health Group is seeking compassionate and dedicated Physicians to join our growing team. In this vital role, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our seniors.

Day-to-Day:

• Report to Regional Manager
• 10-15 Patients per day
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Capped Panel of 600-800 patients per Provider
• Minimal After Hours Call

• 180-300k Salary based on relevant experience
• Additional Bonus Potential of up to $132,000 on top of base salary

What You'll Do:

• Deliver exceptional patient care: Conduct thorough exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop personalized treatment plans, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Lead with compassion:Build strong patient relationships and provide empathetic care to our senior population.
• Collaborate with a team of experts: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and hospitalists, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
