Position Highlights:

• Work Schedule: Enjoy a balanced schedule with either 8 AM to 8 PM or 8 PM to 8 AM shifts. Expect 10-12 shifts per month, each 12 hours long. We prioritize your well-being by minimizing back-to-back shifts, ensuring a manageable work-life balance.
• Patient Load: During daytime shifts, see approximately 14-18 patients per day. Experience diverse cases in a community setting with solo coverage.
• Current Staff: Work alongside a dedicated team of 3 full-time physicians, including 1 nocturnist.
• Flexibility: Although we do not have block scheduling, we accommodate shift preferences. About 4 of your monthly shifts will be night shifts, with a warm welcome extended to nocturnist physicians.

Financial and Benefits Package:

• Competitive Salary: Over $400,000, with $3,010 per 12-hour shift and an additional $240 per nocturnal shift.
• Relocation Assistance: $15,000 with a direct repayment option.
• Student Loan Assistance: Up to $200,000 paid over 5 years if living within 15 miles; $150,000 if outside of 15 miles.

• Visa Sponsorship: J1 visa sponsorship available.
• Eligibility: 2025 ED graduates are welcome. Candidates must be ABEM-certified ; Family Practice or Internal Medicine candidates cannot be considered. Nocturnists are welcome to apply!
