Outpatient Family Medicine Assignment - California Bay Area

A healthcare practice in San Jose, California, is seeking a Family Practice physician to provide full-time coverage with the option to extend. Benefit from a warm, patient-centered environment with the resources and expertise of a leading academic medical center.

Practice Setting

• Outpatient primary care
• Strong support staff including 4 other FM physicians, 2 PAs, a dedicated MA, and front/back office support
• Established, full-spectrum family medicine treating all ages

** Cases and Procedures**

• Standard family medicine primary care

  • Sick visits, well visits, coughs, colds, acute and chronic illnesses

• Basic and routine primary care procedures

** Schedule**

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm

  • No call requirement

** Requirements:**

• Board-certified in Family Medicine
• Epic EMR experience required
• BLS and DEA certification required
• California medical license required
