• Pay Information:
• 1099 - $270-$300 per hour 
•  W2 -  $400k with benefits and 26 weeks of work
• Privileging Details: • Timeline: 6 weeks, Required health documentation: MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus (Td), PPD, Flu, Required certifications – BLS, ACLS & ATLS Fingerprints/background check
• Board Certification Requirements:  Certified or Eligibl
• EMR:  CPRS system
• License State:  Any State License accepted
• Worksite Information:  Non Trauma center Trauma patients transfers will be sent to local hospitals, staffed with 2 MDs each shift except for at night, also 1 PA/NP
