This full-time Geriatric Nurse Practitioner opportunity serves the Madison market and offers the opportunity to join our nursing home team. Provide patient care traveling to SNF in the greater Madison area including Sun Prairie, Stoughton, Oregon, Verona, & Waunakee.

Qualifications:

  • AGNP highly preferred; open to considering an FNP as well
  • Geriatric NP experience highly preferred; also open to new grad NPs who have had geriatric/post-acute & long term care training/exposure (Geriatric NP exp., Geriatric NP clinical rotations, Geriatric RN experience)
