Family Medicine Physician Opportunity in Oregon

** Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician – Outpatient Care in Coos Bay, OR**

We’re seeking a compassionate Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a respected, physician-owned group in Coos Bay, Oregon. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a patient-centered environment with a flexible schedule, supportive team, and a growing community.

Practice Setting

• Join a clinic with 45 exam rooms and multiple procedure rooms
• The setting is outpatient-only primary care; no hospital work
• Treat primarily adults and geriatric patients (ages 18–80+)
• Access to cardiology, ENT, general surgery, oncology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, pain management, psychiatry, and more

** Schedule**

• 4-day workweek (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)

  • Clinic hours are 8 AM – 5 PM
  • No inpatient call; shared outpatient call where triage nurse screens initial calls

** Compensation & Benefits**

• Competitive salary starting at $250,000+, with potential for increase based on experience

  • Production bonus based on RVU model available post-guarantee
  • 2-year path to eligibility for partnership with buy-in
  • Partner income is $500k+ annually
  • Up to $30,000 sign-on bonus
