Full-Time Cardiologist (IP/OP) at Hackensack-Meridian Pascack Valley (29mi from NYC)

Hackensack-Meridian is hiring a BC/BE Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join the team at our Pascack Valley Medical Center location in beautiful Westwood, New Jersey. Pascack Valley Medical Center is a state-of-the-art healthcare facility renowned for its commitment to providing exceptional patient care. The center is expanding its Cardiology Services to meet the community's growing needs. Our cardiology department is at the forefront of innovation, combining cutting-edge technology, a patient-centric approach, and a highly skilled multidisciplinary team. The cardiology department provides comprehensive services, including diagnostics, interventional procedures, electrophysiology, and preventative care, in a collaborative environment driven by a commitment to innovation and patient-centered car. Our physicians, nurses, and cardiac specialists provide a range of diagnostic testing and treatments, including Angioplasty, Arterial stenting, Heart screenings, and calcium CT scoring. Our cardiac rehabilitation provides treatments for patients with various heart conditions, diseases, or corrective procedures.

 

Position Highlights:

• Full-time Employment (1.0 FTE)
• Multi-Specialty Group: HMH PV – Private Group
• Join a team of 4 Cardiologists, 1 Nurse Practitioner (for Hospital Consult & Stress Test), and Support Staff
• On-Site Testing, Imaging, and Procedure Rooms
• Inpatient/Outpatient mix
• 30 clinic patients per day
• Less than 50 inpatient consults (same-day surgery) with in-house Nurse Practitioners
• Mon-Fri, No Weekend
• No Hospital Call- handled by NP
• 5:1 Clinic Call
• EMR: Epic

 

Minimum Requirements:

• ABIM Board Certified or Eligible in Cardiology
• NJ Medical License, CDS, and DEA required upon start
• Experienced or Graduating Cardiologists are welcome to apply
