We are seeking an experienced physician to take on the pivotal role of Regional Medical Director, responsible for providing clinical oversight and leadership to our primary care medical groups across several key locations. This includes vibrant areas such as Chicago, Illinois; South Bend, Indiana; various cities in Michigan including Troy, Marysville, Saginaw, Ann Arbor, Flint, Lansing, Grand Rapids, and Kalamazoo; and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate must reside in or near one of these locations (Chicago preferred,) as the position requires frequent travel among all sites to ensure effective management and coordination of care.

In this multifaceted role, the Regional Medical Director will not only engage in direct patient care but will also play a critical leadership role in steering clinical teams toward achieving high-quality outcomes. By overseeing teams of physicians and nurse practitioners dedicated to delivering in-home geriatric primary care, the selected physician will have a unique opportunity to blend clinical practice with leadership, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive, compassionate care tailored to meet their needs.
