Job Highlights
Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a BE/BC rheumatologist to join the multi-specialty Memorial Physician Group. The selected candidate will be responsible for establishing and participating in a dedicated inpatient consultation service designated to the care and treatment of patients with conditions that affect the muscles, bones, and joints. The physician will perform indicated joint aspiration and/or injections in addition to ordering appropriate diagnostic tests including laboratory tests, x-rays, and chemical pathology as needed. Physician will be part of an experienced musculoskeletal team that includes physiatrists, radiologists, pain and orthopaedic specialists, in addition to physical and occupational therapists. This is a full-time employed position with the multispecialty Memorial Physician Group. The position offers competitive benefits and a compensation package that is commensurate with training and experience. Professional malpractice and medical liability are covered under sovereign immunity.
