*Client is staffing 2 hospitals; 1 is a level 2 trauma center and the other a county hospital

*Partnership opportunity for qualified candidates willing to live locally

 

 *Option 1: 10 hour shifts  and Approximately 2.0-2.2 pph average 

 *40 hours of physician coverage, 40 hours of Mid-level coverage 

 *Productivity based pay with hourly average consistently $325+. 

Client said, easy admissions, minimal pushback and transfer out operative pelvic fractures, burns, strokes and more    

Cerner first net EMR with Dragon, efficient quick orders/ order sets, no click boxes for charting 

Minimal almost nonexistent issues with boarding Mental health screeners, if local psychiatric facilities are full we admit to the hospital and don’t hold in the ED 

24/7 ED Pharmacists 

24/7 CT (3 scanners), ultrasound techs (plus 3 POC U/S machines), MRI 

Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, OB/GYN, and General Surgery residency programs through affiliation   

Trauma surgeons in house 24/7. 

 

*Option 2: Smaller hospital western TX

Open to ABEM/ABPS, IM/FM with ED experience

Critical access hospital, low volume 

About 1 hour 15 minute drive from main hospital

Approx 0.6 pph 24 hour shifts 

$200 per hour 

Some of the client docs work only at this critical access facility and some only at the first

At critical access location there are 24 hour shifts

Call room with fridge, bathroom/shower, bed  and hotel room for use in between shifts 

Family medicine hospitalist who also covers ObGyn > 20 weeks, bypasses ER for pregnancy related complaints
