• General Description
• Surgical time scheduled in AM. Office scheduled PM. Rounding and oversight of post ops in ICU. Aprox 2-5 pts admitted at one time.
•  First Dates of Coverage Needed- Wednesday Jan 22 (7:30am) - Jan 28(7:30am)
• TAVR experience mandatory.
• EMR is EPIC
• 220 Bed Facility 
• Clean Background
• IN License, CSR and DEA
• Board Certified General Surgery 
• AHA Issued BLS
