Job Description

Scheduling Options:

• 4 x 10-hour shifts (Mon-Fri): 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Start time: 7:00 AM). Limited to 4 positions.
• 5 x 8-hour shifts (Mon-Fri): 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Start time: 7:00 AM). Open to 18 positions.
• Start between Jan 13 - Feb 3.
• Mandatory start by Feb 3.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years. (Flexibility for slightly less if IA licensed.)
• License: Must clear IA or IMLC licensing process quickly.
• Verification: Provide provider name and NPI number for all submissions.
• CRNAs: Not considered at this time. This may change in the future per client remarks. Focus on MDs only.
• Credentialing Timeframe: Typically 4 weeks if IA/IMLC licensed, potentially less.
• Settings include:
  • 13 ORs
  • 5 Endoscopy suites
  • 2 ASCs (10 miles from the main hospital)
• Case Load: Approx. 1,200 cases/month.
• Trauma: 700 trauma cases/year (blunt force/agricultural injuries). Major traumas are transferred to a nearby university hospital.
• EMR System: Epic.
• Availability for occasional weekend and overnight calls.
• Specific call schedule includes 1x cardiac call (3:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
