Delphi covers malpractice insurance with tail coverage and provides full benefits including a $25,000 FEA for our W2 employees.

EM Opportunities:

Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital

Urgent per diem need for an ED PA or NP at our Niagara Falls site!5-7 shifts per month covering some open shifts and maternity leave. This is an ongoing W2 per diem opportunity.

Docs work 7a-7p & 7p-7aAPP’s work 10a-10p & 2a-2p

PIT coverage is 10a-7p (please note, on Sat/Sun there is no PIT)

Malpractice & tail coverage provided

At least 3 plus years of ED experience

Claxton Hepburn Medical Center Ogdensburg, NYFull time 1st Chair Emergency Medicine APP-W2-Meditech EMR system-12hr 1st chair APP shifts 7a-7p, 7p-7a-12hr APP support 7 days a week 10a-10p-Average of 13,000 annual visits*1st chair APP works as a “physician” without any physician support onsite. They do have phone access to the medical director as needed.

Olean General Hospital Olean, NYFull time or consistent per diem Emergency Medicine APP (3 plus years of experience)-W2-Meditech EMR system-Must be able to work all shifts: 9a-9p, 11a-11p and 2p-2a-Average of 26,000 annual visits-Must have the ability to work independently* APPs should have 5 plus years of ED experience and be comfortable with a high amount of autonomy and acuity.

Bradford Regional Medical Center Bradford, PAFull time or consistent per diem Emergency APP with 3-5 plus years of experience in EM-W2-Meditech EMR system-No ICU-7 days a week APP shift 10a-10p-Average of 14,000 annual visits

Hospitalist Openings:

Claxton Hepburn Medical Center: Ogdensburg, NY 13669

Full time Hospitalist 1st chair APP (3 shifts per week or 36 hours per week)

-Meditech EMR -In-patient Hospitalist program -12hr shifts -Critical Access Hospital -A 9 bed open ICU -Respiratory Tech onsite -Double Physician coverage during the day -Averages 20-25 patients per day total

-About 10,000 annual visits a year

Lewis County General Hospital: Lowville, NY 13367 Full time or consistent night Hospitalist APP (3 shifts per week or 36 hours per week)

-Meditech EMR -In-patient Hospitalist program -12hr shifts

-One APP during the day alongside Physician, one APP at night solo -Averages 16-20 patients per day total -Nursing home on site - requires light coverage

-About 5,000 annual visits a year, 1,600 for the nursing home

Carthage Area Hospital:

Carthage, NY 13619 Full time or per diem consistent 1stChair Hospitalist APP

-CPSI EMR -In-patient Hospitalist program -24hr shifts – on call 7p-7a (via phone)

-About 2,000 annual visits a year

(A 1stchair APP is someone who can work independently without a physician onsite. This requires a minimum of 6 plus years of experience in healthcare with at least 3 years of experience working alone as an APP. The 1stchair APP works 12 hours on the floor and then is on call from 7p-7a via phone)
