Locum - NP/PA - Pulmonology/Sleep Medicine - Lima, OH

Job Details:

• Practice Setting: Outpatient office, weekend hospital rounding is a possibility.
• Shift Description: Monday-Thursday 8a-4p, Friday 8a-12p, Weekend Rounding Saturday and Sunday with call
• Call Ratio: 1/6-7
• Average Number of Patients Per Day: 12-21
• Documentation System/EMR: Epic
• Trauma Level/Designation: None
• APP will be Working Autonomously
• Supervising Physician Present During Assignment: In the office the physicians are present all day. During the weekend rounding, the Physician is available by phone or in ICU
• Procedures: None in office.
• Patient Age Demographic: Adult and Geriatric

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, CNP, OR PA)
• OH license (will accept for those who are willing to obtain)
• BLS and ACLS
• Only accepting trained/experienced NP/PA
