** Practice Setting**

• Outpatient care setting
• Support includes 1 MD, 1 RN, multiple PRNs, 1 office manager, front office staff, 1 physicist, and 2 dosimetrists
• Patient population consists of adults

** Schedule**

• Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm

  • Alternating weekly schedule with a mix of on-site and nearby off-site coverage
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and conferences that support quality patient care

** Procedures and Cases**

• SRS, SBRT, and FSRT

  • General Oncology expected, including pancreatic, lung, liver, kidney, and prostate cases

** Requirements**

• Board Certified in Radiation Oncology
• Active Wisconsin license or IMLC LOQ accepted
• BLS and DEA required
• Minimum 24 months of experience
