Join Our Team

1. Join 5 Ophthalmologists, 8 Optometrists, and Opticians
2. Flexible schedule, open to 4-day work week
3. Bread and butter cases including cataracts, cornea, diabetic retinopathy, eyelid procedures, glaucoma, macular degeneration and medical retina
4. Equipment includes YAG laser, OCT, Visual Field, Fundus Photography, Auto Refraction, IOL Master, Fluorescein, and Pentacam
5. Call 1:5 weekends, mostly phone
6. Strong compensation package. Many physicians are over the 90th percentile

We Offer

1. Unlimited earning potential, with physicians earning up to $1.2 million annually
2. Eligible for shareholder status and ASC ownership in just 1 year, no buy-in required and zero downside risk
3. 401k with match (100% vested day one) plus profit sharing
4. Eligible for sign-on (10% of salary), relocation, plus loan forgiveness, NHSC loan repayment, and residency stipend
5. Up to 6 weeks paid time off and 6 paid holidays
6. $2,500 CME allowance plus license and certification renewals
7. The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $425,000 - $500,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $500,000 - $1,200,000.
