• IC compensation: $110/hour Mon-Fri and $130/hour Sat/Sun/Company holidays
• FTE compensation: $100/hour Mon-Fri and $120/hour Sat/Sun/Company holidays
• FTE employment comes with a full benefits package
• ANNUAL BONUS STRUCTURE for either employment model!

About You:

• You are an excellent communicator and are passionate about a great patient experience
• As an IC you have at least 5 state licenses unless you live in a compact state (IMLCC). Licenses in process are fine as well.
• As an FTE living in a compact state you must have 3 licenses or more
• You are willing to obtain additional state licenses if needed - covered by us! (upon addendum for IC's)
• You are Board Certified in either Internal or Family Medicine
• Currently a Medicare Participating Physician
• Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week for an IC role and 30 hours per week an a FTE role
• Tech savvy
• Currently have been practicing clinically at least 3 years
• Flexibility with scheduling
