Lead the Opening of our Hudson, FL Primary Care Center

Conviva Senior Primary Care is opening a brand new office in Hudson, Florida and we are seeking an experienced primary care physician to lead our new outpatient geriatric primary care office.

About the role:

• Monday-Friday, 8-5 Hours in an Outpatient Setting
• See 10-14 patients per day under a value-based care model
• Team-based model with daily huddles
• Full support staff including care coaches, MAs and APPs
• eCW EMR system

Benefits:

• Base salary plus 20% quality incentive pay, for total earnings up to $300,000+

Requirements:

• BC/BE
• Florida Licensure
• Experience with geriatric primary care
