In the beautiful region of Southcentral Alaska, a healthcare facility is seeking a Locum PMHNP (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner) to provide outpatient behavioral health services. The PMHNP will work full-time, Monday through Friday, within a collaborative and integrated clinic environment, supported by a strong behavioral health team. Required certifications include BLS/ACLS, an active DEA, and an Alaska license. The role offers $115/hour, with housing, travel, and a vehicle provided. The position involves both in-person and occasional telemedicine visits, offering a unique opportunity to work in Alaska's stunning natural surroundings. Located 2.5 hours from Denali National Park.

Outpatient Behavior Health Clinic

Monday – Friday 9AM-5PM

Patient Volume: 6 per day (60 minute visits)

2 month contract with opportunity to extend

COMPENSATION DETAILS:

Pay: $115 per hour for every hour working in clinic

No call

1099 position

Medical malpractice insurance provided

Travel, housing, vehicle provided

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Active Alaska state license

BLS, ACLS

Active DEA Registration

PMHNP Board Certified

Minimum Two years Mental Health experience
