Medical Director | Anesthesia and Pain | No Call | Surgery Center | Raleigh, NC

Our physician-owned surgery center in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Medical Director to strategically build and lead our anesthesia department. This role provides the unique opportunity to develop a high-performing team, optimize anesthesia operations, and collaborate with senior leadership—all while enjoying a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or call.

As Medical Director, you will:
- Build and oversee the anesthesia service line, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of CRNAs and other key anesthesia staff.
- Perform your own cases while also supervising CRNAs in a collaborative environment.
- Partner with senior leadership and report directly to the board to drive strategic growth.
- Primarily orthopedic and spine cases, with the option to incorporate pain management if desired.

Schedule & Lifestyle:
- Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 3 PM
- No nights, no weekends, NO CALL!
- Excellent work-life balance in an outpatient setting

What We're Looking For:
- Board-certified Anesthesiologist with strong clinical expertise.
- Leadership experience or a desire to step into a high-impact medical director role.
