Job Description: As a in Internal Medicine at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality primary care services to adult patients within an outpatient setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough health assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to evaluate patients' health status and formulate accurate diagnoses.

Primary Care Services: Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, and respiratory conditions.

Treatment Planning and Management: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, including prescribing medications, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and coordinating referrals to specialists as needed.
