Schedule, Compensation & Benefits

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (no weekends or evening hours required; limited after-hours calls) 100% outpatient
• Base Salary: $250,000+ plus production bonus
• Total Compensation: Potential annual income of $306,000, based on 50/50 split with 30 patient hours per week and 4 weeks off per year

Adult Psychiatrist Requirements

• Board Certification: Preferred
• Licensing: Current medical license in Illinois or willingness to obtain
