• Position: Permanent or 1099 Part-Time or Full-Time, Interventional Radiologist, Vascular Surgeon or Interventional Cardiologist, as the client will consider each

• City/State: Indianapolis, IN (as well as Columbus, GA)
• Facility: OBL (Office Based Lab)
• Facility Profile: 1-OR, 3-exam / recovery
• Trauma: Non-designated
• Volume: Approximately 12-16 major interventional cases/week
• Support Staff: Staffing is being reset; PA/NP in place, RN’s will be PRN, RT is also facility director
• Board Certification required: IR Board Certification and/or American Board of Vascular Medicine/ American Board of Endovascular Medicine or Board of Vascular Surgery
• EMR: OmniMD
• Procedures: Endovascular Arterial/Venous, Artery Embolization
• Case Mix: Arterial Interventions – 40%, Embolization’s – 30%, Superficial Venous – 30%
• Schedule: 8am to 5pm, Monday and Friday: Office/Clinic coverage, Tuesday-Thursday: Procedures. Part-Time or Full-Time options will be considered
• Compensation is negotiable and will be a variable compensation plan via PSA with a target of appox. $550,000+ (Full-Time), with uncapped potential.
